Hi Sandra--
I just wanted to let you know that our party was a screaming success, and much of that was due to Richard's expertise. Richard has helped with parties in the past, and he really knows how to take control, keep everything in order, and do it all with a sense of humor. Our music is always loud and guests are dancing and getting crazy, but Richard always knows how to coax me off the dance floor to ask a question or remind me what's going down with the food. He's a really good sport!
What I love most about Richard (and other helpers who have come in the past) is that he makes sure the hosts of the party (my husband and me) have a good time at our own venue. He tackles any minor glitches without even alerting us so we can relax and enjoy our guests. Afterall, that's what having a party is all about!
Please thank Richard for us and tell him we hope to see him at our home again soon!

Was so impressed with the single Host Helper who worked at a recent small family wedding that I called them when planning my own garden birthday party. The fellow I requested was not available, but the two professionals (and they were total professionals) who were sent were superb. Arrived on the dot, took initiative, anticipated things, created beautiful arrangements for the hors d'oeuvres (the only part that was not catered), advised on where to put the drinks, etc. Attractive, pleasant, motivated, knowledgeable. Resourceful. Found their way around my kitchen. Put leftovers away in containers. Made suggestions, listened to me, but were able to take over and use their discretion when necessary. They cleaned up beautifully, too. My guests were also impressed; several asked for their card. I do not do this kind of entertaining often, but I would use them again in a heartbeat.
